The Rainbow Peace Flag, also known as the pride flag, is a symbol of the LGBTQ+ community. Made up of six horizontal stripes of varying bright colours – red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.

The flag was first designed in 1978 by Gilbert Baker, an American artist and activist.
