How much will I pay for delivery?
Orders have a shipping and handling fee of $11.00 Flat Rate Regular Post within Australia. Express Post is available for a flat rate of $14.95 ( Express Post delivery depends on your location it can be anywhere between 1-5 days depending on your location) we dispatch from Brisbane QLD. If deliveries are late this is Australia Post. You will be provided tracking number to easily chase where your delivery is.
Regular Post $11 or Express Post- $14.95 Australia Post (you will receive tracking number) Aust Post will do a Safe Drop which means Aus Post will leave it at your premises this is their standard delivery procedure. Deliveries to Units will require a signature on delivery, furthermore any large order will need to have a signature on delivery e.g Fully Sewn Flags. Australia Post do not use cards anymore for a missed delivery. Australia Post uses digital notifications.
We highly recommend using the AusPost App. Download the app and use the same email you did your purchasing and your order will automatically appear in the app for you to track your parcel.
Once your order has been placed we are unable to change your order or delivery address. We are very quick to dispatch orders it is the customers responsibility to put in the correct details. We will not be held liable for your mistakes.
Your Tracking number will indicate if a parcel has been delivered. Your dispatch notification email has the tracking number on it. Check your junk folder if trouble locating it. We recommend sending orders to a PO Box number, Parcel Locker or being on premises to accept deliveries or update your mail box to a modern lockable parcel box to receive your delivery and to keep your parcels safe. If Australia Post states that a parcel has been delivered then that is final. My Flag will not be held liable for missing parcels from your property.
Can we pick up? No, sorry we are an online business only we use Australia Post to send all orders. We are based in Brisbane, QLD all our stock is here and we Post every business day (Mon-Fri) excluding public holidays. If your order is urgent select Express Post as that will be the quickest option. We do not use couriers, please do not ask to pick up or to use couriers as we will politely decline.
How soon will my order be shipped?
MyFlag we keep an extensive range of flags in stock ready here in Australia already made ready to send. Your order will be sent same business day if you have ordered before 12 Midday. Any orders received after midday will be dispatched usually the next business day (Mon-Fri) excluding Public Holidays. If you use a payment method other than the credit card, your order will be shipped once payment has been received. You will receive a Tracking number on your Dispatched email notification email from us please check your junk folder if you are having trouble locating it.
If paying via Direct Deposit, you are responsible for transferring the amount to our account. If you have not paid within 7 days the order will be cancelled. You have been emailed all the details relating to making payment. Once an order has been placed we are unable to add to or change your order including your delivery address. Why? because we have already packed your order and purchased a shipping label. We are very quick to pack and dispatch orders and will not be held liable for your mistakes. Please make sure you enter the correct information.

Do flags come with a warranty?
No, flags do not come with a warranty. Flags are not indestructible. You should look after the flags by not leaving the flag outside on flag poles during any weather event. Wind, Rain and even Sun over time will destroy all flags no matter what they are made of. We advise bringing in your flag each day. The flag will always fray at the fly end of the flag. Once you notice this you should mend your flag.

No, sorry we are not a physical store. We operate online only and post every business day through Australia Post (Mon- Fri) excluding Public Holidays. Based in Brisbane, QLD all of our stock is here. If your order is urgent make sure you select Express Post we do not use couriers, please do not ask us as we will politely decline.
Do you have a refund policy?
MyFlag accepts returns within 14 days. Flags must be returned in their original and unused condition and in the original packaging with tracking number and signature on delivery at your expense to MyFlag PO BOX 7109, Holland Park East, QLD 4121. The refund will be made by either direct debit or as online payment refund to your paypal account or credit card. You will need to cover the cost of the return postage. We will not refund shipping costs on parcels we have already sent or returned items.
